BSNL has so called "Appellate
Authority".
The General Manager of Tamil Nadu BSNL
who is the competant authority has
neither read his mail nor acted on them.
Ofcourse in keeping with this the junior
staff of BSNL also do not bother about
complaints received by phone or in
person or by email as the message below
clearly indicates.

Greetings!
Through this mail I would like to inform
you about my BSNL broadband (the
broadband link is erratic and does not
work in evenings) problem which has not
been resolved for the past 6 days
despite my
efforts to raise my complaint at various
levels.

My Broadband connection linked on Home
UL 750 tariff has been dead for
about a week.
Telephone Exchange is Manaparai
Having complained to 198 on 8.8.2010 I
was assigned 43281.
For the past week i have tried to access
daily the complaint section and
am told that it is pending.
Local exchange staff too are not
attending to the problem. There is no
technical problem for other neighbours
of mine.
I earnestly request you to escalate my
case for action.
