I've been using for the MTS broadband
service for almost past 1 month now. it
is a regular issue that the connection
gets disconnected and i've to reconnect
it repeatedly for using the service.
several times it happened that i'm
unable to connect to the any of the
websites even if the MTS display screen
shows that the internet is connected.
I've talked to the customer care several
time the only assurance they are
providing is taking th address and phone
number every time and asking for the
settings change in my display scree.
Once the technician from MTS also
visited my place and made some changes
in the settings however the problem
still occurs.
From the last 2 days its been happening
continuously happening that i'm not able
to connect to basic websites (even
gmail.com). I again tried to to contact
Customer Care however there was no
response.
It'ld be of great help if someone please
look into this at its earliest.
