Network problem

reliance cdma mobile

I shamim ahmad using reliance cdma mobile postpaid connection No. - 9313208012. since last 6 yers at my residence H. No.- 1063A,34, Jafrabad, New Seelampur, Delhi-110053. there is very much network problem ( no network , call drop, no call connect, etc.) in a week at least 1-2 days permanent network down . and i already register my complaint to customer care, Nodal officer, Appelet Authority, but there is not improvement nor any satisfactory responce. facing very much problem that there is mobile tower .

please help me in this matter Thank you
