Unable to provide service

Dr Manju Maid Service fails to provide the services that they promise you. We paid Rs5000 & signed up for their maid services & were alloted a maid in 10 days. But the maid stopped showing up after a month and we asked for a replacement. It has been 3 weeks now and still no one has showed up at our doorstep. When one calls up to enquire for same, we get to hear a number of repetitive reasons (shortage of maids, etc) and are also spoken to rudely. The 1 year contract comes into effect from the day the 1st maid joins you, but they dont talk much about the replacement maids. The replacement maid was to be sent within 10 days of intimation, but it has been 3 weeks so far and I still dont see any maid coming in the near future. All in all, dont fall for Manju Maid services as they fail to deliver the services promised and is just another money making racket.
