Hello this mail is because of the bad service provided by Airtel I am a prepaid customer of Airtel & my mobile no. is 9663156746 & when I took this connection I submitted my 2 passport size photographs & my Driving licence as Id & address proof thereafter I submitted the the same set of documents as requested by them & they cancelled my service & again for the 3rd time I submitted the same set of documents again as requested because my service was cancelled & again for the 4th time again I submitted the documents on the 12/08/2010 & the form no. is 21549777, I have faced a lot of issues with this I spoke to Poornima on the 11/Aug/10 about this & the call reference no. is 811240513 but not resolved & again on the 12/Aug/10 I spoke to Lakshmi K, call reference no. 81238878600 but not resolved & again on the 14/Aug/10 I spoke to Manjunath & to a supervisor by name Nirmala Sheety who could no resolve the issue & promised that the manager Kevin will call back in 2 hours time but no one called & the call reference no. is 0814289051 & again on the 16/Aug/10 I spoke to Ravi kumar & to a supervisor by name Veena explained everything & then she could not do anything so escalated it to Sanjeev Kohli who is a unit manager who promised a call back in 2 hours time but he did not call & the call reference no. is 0816162505 & he promised to resolve it but the service is still not activated & airtel is again asking to submit the same set of documents.
